Night Birds - Prognosis: Negative
Night Birds kick so much ass. The New Jersey natives have received a lot of comparison to early punk bands like The Adolescents- you can even kind of hear an Agent Orange influence in instrumental surf punk interludes that they’ve included in their Full length LP “The Other Side Of Darkness”. I love both of those bands, I love Night Birds, and Night Birds love… Seinfeld? The title of this song is a direct reference to a fictional movie that’s mentioned in numerous episodes of the show. Punk rock and one of my favourite television sitcoms combined? I can dig it. (And you should, too.)
